Brief Description
Fluorinated Oil Fluoronox 1080:
Fluoronox 1080 is a chemical resistant, non-flammable fluid with excellent lubricating properties and high load carrying properties. For longtime lubrication of roller bearings, sliding bearings, plastics and elastomers. Suitable for use in chemically aggressive environment and in vacuum. Maximal operating temperature +200°C.
Synthetic Multipurpose Fluid:
Fluoronox 1510 is a chemical inert synthetic fluid, based on Perfluoropolyether. The fluid shows excellent thermal stability, high resistance to Oxygen, low vapor pressure and low evaporation rate at high temperatures.
Fluorinated oil Fluoronox 1680:
Fluoronox 1680 is a chemical resistant, non-flammable fluid with excellent lubricating properties and high load carrying properties. For longtime lubrication of roller bearings, sliding bearings, plastics and elastomers. Suitable for use in chemically aggressive environment and in vacuum. Maximal operating temperature +280°C.
Chemical Resistant Grease:
Fluoronox G 30/1 is a chemical resistant grease formulated with a medium viscosity. Perfluoropolyether and an inorganic thickener. Fluoronox G 30/1 is compatible with most sealant materials and plastics.
Synthetic Multipurpose Grease:
Fluoronox GE50/2-3 shows high thermal stability and excellent longtime lubrication properties, outperforming conventional greases. The synthetic base reduces friction when lubricating material pairings of metal, plastics and elastomers.
Synthetic Multipurpose Grease:
Fluoronox GV 25/2 is based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether, an inorganic thickener and additives to increase wear protection and corrosion protection. The grease is free of solid lubricants and free of metal soaps.
Synthetic Low Temperature and High Speed Grease:
Fluoronox L 20/1 is a chemically inert grease of soft consistency. It has been formulated from a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE.
Chemical Inert Grease:
TECCEM® Fluoronox M 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.
Typical applications include the lubrication of all bearing types or O-Rings in chemical aggressive environment or at temperatures of up to +200°C.
It is compatible with most other greases, based on Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) or sometimes referred to as Perfluoroalkylether (PFAE).
Synthetic High Temperature Grease:
Fluoronox M 40/2 is a chemically inert grease. It has been formulated from a highly thermal stable Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence.
Synthetic Multi Purpose Grease:
TECCEM Fluoronox M 44/2 has been formulated from a high viscosity Perfluoropolyether and a special type of PTFE. It ensures extra high film strength for lubricating highly loaded sliding metal surfaces. It offers high thermal stability and excellent longtime lubrication properties, outperforming conventional greases.
Synthetic High Temperature Grease:
TECCEM® Fluoronox M 50/2 is a synthetic grease based on a high viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.
It is compatible with most other greases, based on Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) or sometimes referred to as Perfluoroalkylether (PFAE).
Synthetic Multigrade Grease :
Fluoronox MS 10/2 is a chemically inert grease of high shear stability and smooth texture. The high viscosity index base fluid combined with a high content of micronized PTFE lower friction when lubricating material pairings of metal, plastics and elastomers.
Chemical Inert Grease:
TECCEM® Fluoronox MS 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is formulated to operate over a wide temperature range and to provide low resistance at cold weather start-up.
It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.
Chemical Inert Grease:
Fluoronox S 90/2 is a synthetic grease based on an extra high viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable.
Typical applications includes the lubrication of slow running roller bearings, adjustment spindles, sliding metal parts, O-Rings and plastics at high temperatures between +230°C and +280°C or in chemical aggressive environment or in vacuum.
Synthetic High Temperature Grease:
Fluoronox S 90/2 is a synthetic grease based on an extra high viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant water, strong acids, watery alkalis, most organic solvents.
Non-flammable.
Typical applications include the lubrication of slow running roller bearings, adjustment spindles, sliding metal parts, O-Rings and Plastics at high temperatures between +230°C and +280°C or in chemical aggressive environment or in vacuum.
Synthetic High Temperature Grease:
TECCEM Fluoronox W 40/2 has been formulated from a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It contains additives to protect from rust and wear. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence.
The density of the grease is approximately 1,91 g/ml (Water 1,0 g/ml).
The low pour point of the base fluid and its exceptional high thermal stability make it suitable for long time lubrication from -35°C to +260°C.
Typical applications of Fluoronox W 40/2 include lubrication of ball and roller bearings from low to high speeds, lubrication of highly loaded metal parts.
Synthetic High Temperature Grease:
TECCEM Fluoronox W 50/2 has been formulated from a very high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It contains additives to protect from rust and wear. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence.
Compared to many other PFPE-greases, Fluoronox W 50/2 provides enhanced wear protection at elevated temperatures. The advantage becomes significant, starting at 200°C, ending at the upper recommended temperature of 260°C.
Typical applications of Fluoronox W 50/2 include lubrication of bearings in tender frames of drying ovens and lubrication of highly loaded mechanical metal parts at high temperatures.
Synthetic Multigrade Grease:
Fluoronox WT 70/2 is a synthetic multigrade grease based on an extra high viscosity index PFPE fluid and PTFE.
It is suitable for use at temperatures from -45°C to +250°C.
Anti-Seize Compound:
GHT405/00 - Graphite High Temperature Compound - is a synthetic heavy duty compound to lubricate and protect at severe temperatures.
Below 200°C it is applied as a grease. At higher temperatures the synthetic base fluid slowly evaporates, leaving a heavy duty protective and lubricating film.

Free of metals and metal alloys.
Available in NLGI Grade 00 for use as lubricating grease. Typical applications include its use as

• protective film for metal surfaces in the die casting industry
Anti-Seize Compound:
GHT405 - Graphite High Temperature Compound is a synthetic heavy duty compound to lubricate and protect at severe temperatures. Suggested Temperature Range -20°C to +1000°C.
Below 200°C it is applied as a grease. At higher temperatures the synthetic base fluid slowly evaporates, leaving a heavy duty protective and lubricating film.
Free of metals and metal alloys.
Available in NLGI Grade 00 for use as lubricating grease.
High Temperature Chain Oil:
SynTop 320 is a synthetic high temperature chain oil, based on Polyolester. It has been formulated to provide good penetration properties at room temperature and to provide very good load carrying properties at high temperatures.

It shows low volatility and excellent thermal stability. Upon long storage or when subject to UV-light, the product may darken to a reddish colour, which has no effect on its performance.
Ester Lubricating Oil for High Temperatures:
SynTop 700 is a heavy synthetic high temperature oil. It provides a durable, long-lasting lubricating film of high affinity to metal surfaces.
Special Ester. Chemically inert to gasoline, mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons. Suitable for lubrication at temperatures of up to +280°C.
It does not mix with gasoline, mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbons and can be used as a lubricant, protective film or barrier.
Synthetic Low Temperature Chain Oil:
SynTop 1003 FG is an Ester based low temperature chain oil. H1 registered, for use in the food industry. It is suitable for use at temperatures from -75°C to +80°C.
It has been formulated for lubricating conveyor chains and rollers operating in the temperature range of -20°C to -75°C. The low viscosity of the oil enables penetration of the lubricant to where it is needed, even at extremely low temperatures. Excellent wetting properties and low inner friction of the lubricating film reduce friction and energy consumption.
Ethanol Resistant High Temperature Grease:
SynTop ENP 2 is a synthetic grease with high resistance to ethanol. It is based on a temperature stable fluid and PTFE as thickener.
It has been developed for lubricating ball bearings, operating in the range of low to high speeds, which are exposed to ethanol and hot ethanol fumes.
High Temperature and Multipurpose Grease:
SynTop LG 2 is a synthetic high temperature and multipurpose grease. It based on Neopolyolester, Lithiumsoap, a corrosion protection additive, a thermal stabilizer and an additive for enhanced load carrying properties.
Lubricating and Sealing Grease:
SynTop LNP 3 is a synthetic lubricating and sealing grease, thickened by a Lithiumsoap. It is highly resistant to mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons. Thixotropic - unworked penetration NLGI Class 5, worked penetration NLGI Class 2-3.
